Charles Chauhan is a successful entrepreneur in property development, financial services and telecommunications. Developing properties since 1985, he also ran a sales and marketing consultancy practice with global credit card, FCMG companies, banks and airlines as clients. He has managed and implemented large scale marketing campaigns involving TV, local and national press, Point of Sales and web based campaigns. He was founder and CEO of a European switched telcom provider, a b2b credit card company, a UK video rights and distribution company, He also has been an executive film producer for a feature length film and started as a fashion designer with a diverse collection of creations.
Charles is now focused on developments in the Caribbean, Central America and the UK. Recently involved in the crypto market, he is the Ambassador to Propy.com, a blockchain real estate and land registry company, investor in crypto currencies and developing new tokenized products for the market place.
SIMONE MURRAY C.G.A. – Certified Accountant & MD – Company Secretary and Administrator
Simone is a qualified chartered and Management Accountant with experience in project management, accounting and reporting and a director of Business Logistics, Chartered Accountants, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Simone qualified in Canada and also as a Certified Business Assessor in Scotland, UK.
Simone also has a background in general managerial and company secretarial experience; with Certificate in Business Administration and Bachelors of Science Economics and Accounting (University of the West Indies) and Certificate Project Planning, Appraisal and Management (University of Bradford) Simone is also a part time online tutor for the University of the West Indies. She has also held various senior positions in financial services with Caribbean Banking Corporation and Caribbean Development Bank and has worked in Antigua, St. Lucia and Grenada and Dominica also representing corporations and governmental departments over the past 14 years.

Arjan has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and investment management in the UK and Europe. Since 2017 Arjan is involved as external consultant with Blockchain & Cryptocurrency initiatives including Propy and Tradebits, a crypto currency exchange based in The Netherlands.
With the recent positive announcements by the Antiguan Government and Eastern Caribbean Central Bank towards Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies Arjan will focus on new opportunities (including ICO’s) in this field for Zamora in Caribbean & Central America Markets.
SIMON WATSON – BSc FRICS – Property Consultant
Founding Partner of Charterland; a firm of Chartered Surveyors with offices in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands providing professional, property consulting services throughout the Caribbean region. A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), Simon has over 20 years’ professional valuation experience in the Caribbean. Prior to founding Charterland, Simon was previously the Director of Deloitte responsible for the Property Consulting Division in the Caribbean & Bermuda. He has also worked with the Cayman Islands Valuation Office, advising the Government on valuation and other property related issues.
AMRIT LALL – Operations Consultant
Amrit has several years of experience in operations, consultancy and project management in global services organisations, working mainly in the financial industry in the area of risk management.
As well as being Head of MIS at Deutsche Bank, during her time with Misys Banking Systems she has worked with clients such as ING Barings, Gulf International Bank, Bayerische LandesBank, LankdesBankBW; Shinhan Bank and more.
As Global Operations Manager, she has a history of successful project delivery, improvement in the efficiency, effectiveness and commercial performance of business functions, implementing policy, procedures and rolling out systems.
Amrit has worked with CRM, project management and billing systems; produced and delivered accreditation training courses. Amrit was also a business analyst at the London Stock Exchange.
